Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund since these are custom printed shirts. What we can do is offer you and exchange for a different size, if the shirt CNA be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you want to exchange the item you bought for another item in the store, the original product must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the same condition it arrived in.

If you want to exchange the item for a different size, the original product must be unwashed, in the same condition it arrived in. 

Swayleigh does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Please use Canada Post, USPS or any other postal carrier for shipping. We will not accept returns from couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) as these incur additional customs and delivery charges.
